Our package typically includes: certified guide, all meals during the trek (breakfast, lunch, dinner), camping equipment (tent, sleeping bag, mattress), forest/entry permits, first aid kit and emergency support. Not included: personal expenses, travel to base camp, travel insurance.

Not for most of our treks! Treks like Triund, Kasol Kheerganga and Chopta Tungnath are perfect for beginners with basic fitness. For moderate treks like Kedarkantha and Hampta Pass, some basic fitness is helpful. For advanced treks like Roopkund, prior experience is recommended. Our team will guide you to the right trek for your fitness level.

We offer flexible cancellation: Cancel 15+ days before: 90% refund. Cancel 8–14 days before: 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days: No refund but we offer a free reschedule. In case of natural calamities or government restrictions, full refund or free reschedule is provided. Contact us for any special circumstances.

Essential items: trekking shoes (ankle support), warm layers (fleece/jacket), waterproof jacket, thermal inners, trekking pants, sunscreen SPF 50+, sunglasses, personal medications, power bank, water bottles (2L), dry snacks, and a small backpack (30–40L). We provide a detailed packing list after booking — customised for your specific trek.

Mobile connectivity varies by trek. At base camps and villages, BSNL and Jio usually work. At higher altitudes and deep into the mountains, there may be no signal. We carry a satellite communication device on all high-altitude treks for emergencies. This is one reason our guides' experience and our safety protocols are so important!
